Tip Of The Week!

Did you set some new 2016 goals last week?  Were they SMART?

Studies show that writing your goal down helps you achieve it.  And I mean physically writing it on paper.  Anything will do.  Start a goal notebook where you can keep them all in one place.  Put it on a post-it note and stick on the bathroom mirror so you see it everyday.

Then I want to see it!  Take a picture and share it on Twitter or Instagram and tag me =) @SarahCelebrates on either one!
